5. Check and Click “Re-Use”
So you’ve imported the course site from last semester into your upcoming course shell. Everything looks good, ok wait a minute, some or all of your discussions are missing! Why?!?
It’s most likely because your discussion wasn’t set to “re-use.”
In the older course site you wish to import from click Discussions and Private Messages. Click in a forum and check the box or boxes next to the topic(s) that didn’t import. Click the Re-use link towards the top center of the page. Now all of the topics are good to go. Repeat these steps for the rest of your topics in other forums then go into your upcoming course and import them in.
