$50 Grocery Gift Cards Available for Students In Need

The Los Angeles Community College District Foundation in collaboration with Ralphs/Kroger/Food4Less is providing grants in the form of $50 grocery gift cards to LACCD students who face food insecurities that compromise their ability to continue their studies or successfully engage in their classes. To be eligible, students must apply online by logging into the Student Information System (SIS) using the link below. I have attached a copy of the application for your information.

Please note, that each college will have a single point of contact who will review and approve the applicants. Awardees will pick up gift cards at their home college.

I encourage you to spread the word across campus and reach as many students as possible who can benefit from this grant. Please provide them with the link to apply.  Feel free to forward this information to anyone that I might have missed in this email. I thank you in advance for your assistance.
